Silver is a community infrastructure platform operated by Michalove LLC. This policy covers the SMS concierge service and the silver.is website.

SMS Concierge

When you text our number, we receive your phone number and your message. We use this to find relevant community resources in New York City and text you back.

• We do not sell your data. Ever.
• We do not send marketing messages. We only reply to messages you send us.
• We do not share your phone number with third parties.
• Your message is processed by an AI model (Anthropic Claude) to match you with resources. The AI does not retain your conversation after processing.
• We store your phone number, a reduced summary of past exchanges for conversational context, and a temporary log of messages and replies for service quality. This data is never shared with third parties or used for outreach.
• You may request deletion of all data associated with your phone number at any time by contacting johan@silver.is.

Text STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You can also contact us at johan@silver.is to request deletion of your data.

silver.is uses privacy-respecting analytics (Umami, self-hosted). We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not use third-party advertising.
